VetConnect Staffing was founded by Xavier Moore, an Air Force veteran with experience across military security, defense contracting and civilian career development.
The business was built around a simple problem: too many service members leave the military without a clear understanding of their benefits, their civilian value or the opportunities available to them.
Why I Built It
I saw the same problems over and over again.
Veterans were leaving service with years of experience but struggling to explain that experience to civilian employers.
Others were sitting on medical records, education benefits and resources they did not fully understand because nobody had ever walked them through how everything fit together.
VetConnect was built to close that gap and give veterans a clearer transition plan instead of leaving them to figure everything out alone.
